Especially notable from the study is the fact that cheese seemed to have a more positive impact on a person’s blood pressure than milk and other dairy products. Of course, the team emphasizes that a person’s overall health can’t be connected to one type of food product. The real issue is a person’s eating patterns on a daily basis.
