That's the idea behind Nestio, founded by a pair of New Yorkers who well understand the pain of dealing with a system that relies on white boards and fax machines. Frustrated by the time and effort required to locate and secure living space, Caren Maio and Mike O'Toole spent a year interviewing NYC-based renters, brokers and landlords to find a common solution.
