A very warm and genuine person. Within a very short space of time, Alison was able to gauge what type of person my husband was and was able to advise accordingly.

She gently took me and my family through the difficult process of arranging a funeral. The funeral itself went perfectly and I felt very well cared for by your team, the funeral director and bearers. They catered for our needs and wishes perfectly and with great respect. I have subsequently had reason to visit your Caterham branch with my children and have found Alison to be warm, caring, welcoming and insightful.

My friends and family have also been into the branch to drop off donations and they all commented what a wonderful lady Alison is. It was very reassuring to know that Mum was in good hands and all the funeral arrangements were safely entrusted with Alison. Her advice and compassion were very much appreciated by all the family. The whole team, from Glen who collected Mum from home, to Leroy at the funeral itself, acted very professionally and compassionately.

Please pass on our thanks to all of them, they are a credit to your company. The feedback this evening from all who attended said it was the best they had ever been to with the care and attention to detail from the moment Mum arrived to when we left. Once again, many thanks to you and your team. Everyone was so kind and efficient and put us at our ease at such a sad time, so thank you all very much. It gave us full confidence that she was in good hands and allowed us to mourn without added worries.
